upgrade libprotobuf8 from 2.5.0-5 to 2.5.0-8
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
when I attempted to downgrade again 2.5.0-5 was no longer available, so
I tried using 2.5.0-6 but had the same problem:
