Indeed. It comes from ocl-icd 1.3-3 (and before) that did not have
a symbols file (only a shlibs file with only the virtual package).
ocl-icd 1.3-3 has been a long time in unstable (2.x was in
experimental while virtual packages were discussed amongst OpenCL
Debian community)
There can be other binary rebuilds to trigger to fix this in this
case.
