PATCH support should be in the current package, but the other changes are in the 2.7 releases of pound, which is still labelled as their Experimental tree. I'll take a closer look at what's changed between 2.6 and 2.7 over the next week, it may be that 2.7b is stable enough that we can just move to that (and make sure that the current extra patches still apply cleanly). I'll take a look in the coming week and see what the best plan is, appears that upstream is a bit quiet these days.
