I have just NMU'd liblinear 1.8+dfsg-1.1 to DELAYED/10. Here's the debdiff. I only intended to fix #682062 (Please drop Recommends against liblinear-tools), but Lintian complained about missing symbols. so I fixed what I think was a typo.
