First, it was nice to see you in Atlanta! And thanks for uploading paramiko 1.14.0. Now, the reason why we required version 1.13.0, is because it adds support for Python 3. In other words, paramiko upstream now supports it. So it'd be nice to have Python 3 support in the Debian packages as well!
