I'm confused: the hppa buildd "bell" appears to have built libgpg-error
1.13-0.3 successfully:

http://buildd.debian-ports.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libgpg-error&arch=hppa&ver=1.13-0.3&stamp=1407194760

the failure happens on the "sibaris" buildd, though:

http://buildd.debian-ports.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libgpg-error&arch=hppa&ver=1.13-0.3&stamp=1407177381

is this some kind of subarch issue?
