Agreed, there is a wrong symlink in witty 3.2.1-2. This is fixed in Debian Testing (witty 3.3.0-1) and Debian Sid (witty 3.3.3-1). I will check with the Release Team to see if they'd accept a witty 3.2.1-3 package in Stable.
