Hi,

The string seems to be random.

After some more tests I can't say which exact circumstances make thinkfan
work and which not; what cause it everytime is:
1) reboot
2) service restart (service thinkfan restart)
After a first fail even a complete shutdown does not fix it every time. The
problem seems to "vanish" after a while.

I actually spotted the problem with a simple configuration without level
adjustments, this is my conf after the first test (temp level were the
same with the simple conf).
Thanks
