The package description for kernel-package ends with, "Please look at
/usr/share/doc/kernel-package/Rationale.gz for a full list of advantages".
So I tried:
wraith:/tmp/linux$ zless /usr/share/doc/kernel-package/Rationale.gz
gzip: /usr/share/doc/kernel-package/Rationale.gz: No such file or directory
It appears that the file is no longer supplied gzipped, and hence has lost
its ".gz" extension. The description should be updated to match.
