Package: mc Version: 3:4.8.13-2 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
I think mc should (no longer) depend on e2fslibs. Today, many systems don't necessarily use ext2/3/4 anymore. Virtual Private Servers based on LXC containers make good use of btrfs subvolumes. So many installs of mc will never get close to any ext2/3/4 filesystem. Please change mc to, at most, recommend e2fslibs.
