distutils, by default, installs header files to /usr/local/include/python2.7/.
But this directory in not within include path when you are building extensions
(only /usr/include/python2.7/ is).
I don't see a good way how to fix that, and don't want to have this directory
included by default, because this is the location of an upstream python
installation as well, when not configuring with any parameters.
