Dear maintainer,
the tlsa utility seems to have a bad default on resolv.conf and should
be fixed as follows:

The help text obviously is already talking about the correct location. What the
metavar value is needed for isn't really obvious to me, but making that point
to the correct system location feels at least not like making the situation
worse.
