I beg to differ - ksmtuned does its calculations based on the used memory of
qemu(.*-kvm) processes. It wouldn't be hard to modify for other use-cases, but
in the current state it just won't be useful otherwise.

ksmctl would be a candidate for util-linux.


Maybe I should just create a ksmtuned (or ksm-control!?) package.
