Thanks for opening this--unfortunately the problem runs a little deeper. There are actually supposed to be multiple possible URLs for a given alert type, but I didn't notice that when originally setting up the feature so it needs to be overhauled in that regard. The URL mapping is extracted from the one NOAA publishes at http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/zonecatalog.curr.tar (which hasn't been updated in roughly 8 years, even though they've been splitting, combining and replacing zones in a variety of places during that time, so that's yet another problem).
