As pointed out for the perlmagick package here (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=727739), the man page of the command "convert" from imagemagick package tells that the documentation can be accessed via file:///usr/share/doc/ImageMagick-6/www/convert.html: this URL is wrong and should be instead file:///usr/share/doc/imagemagick-doc/www/index.html. Maybe the man page should also mention that you need the package imagemagick-doc to access this documentation.
