On a wheezy nfsroot using kernel 3.2 this does not work. It says:
RTNETLINK answers: File exists
So, I think this fix will only work on a 3.16 kernel using the
iproute2 package.
A workaround for wheezy is to increase the DHCP lease time on your
DHCP server.
