On a wheezy nfsroot using kernel 3.2 this does not work. It says:

Oh, I didn't test that with plain Wheezy, only with Jessie (and for
Wheezy I was still using live-boot, which doesn't do this anyway).
That said, I took a look, and apparently Wheezy's 3.2 kernel doesn't
support IPv4 address lifetimes at all (only IPv6), so Wheezy is not
affected anyway.
A workaround for wheezy is to increase the DHCP lease time on your
DHCP server.
Not necessary, since
a) Wheezy's kernel is not affected (see above) and
b) Wheezy's dracut doesn't contain the change I linked that actually
sets the lifetime (that is relatively new), so even if used with a
more recent kernel, the problem will not occur
