Do you have plugins installed locally by hand? e.g. could you send the output of find /usr/share/redmine/plugins -name Gemfile | xargs tail -n 1000 Also, can you try version 3.0~20140825-7 from (sources.list line) deb https://people.debian.org/~terceiro/redmine-jessie/ ./ and see if it fixes things for you?
