I'm not sure what you are proposing here. For Jessie it's 4.1 with
patches at the moment. A change at stable to 4.2 would be rejected by
the ftpmasters.

I'll try to see if 4.1.5 will be accepted by them for the next
jessie point release, but that might not be likely.
