It is not strictly true to say there are no rdeps, because libcvc3-5-jni
does not have a lockstep dependency on libcvc3-5, so it would be possible
for a partial upgrade to end up with the g++-4.x version of one and the
g++-5 version of the other.
If you don't want to do a library-rename transition, that could be addressed
by doing a sourceful upload where
libcvc3-5 Breaks: libcvc3-5-jni (<< ${binary:Version})
libcvc3-5-jni Depends: libcvc3-5 (= ${binary:Version})
which I suspect would just formalize the only situation the maintainer
intends to support.
