once again, I need to repeat myself: the upload you did for networkx
FTBFS, in particular because it misses a build-dependency on
sphinxcontrib-bibtex (and incredibly to say, I asked information about
its status on the ITP few hours ago) which you should know if you
looked at the code. I dont know (nor I want to know) how you built
that package, but as of now, we need to wait.
