Hi Jesse,

thanks for bringing this to my attention. I plan a next round of courier-
mta fixed for the next week. There's couple more reported here:

I did a major change to the packaging, so the dust has not settled yet.
And unfortunately I don't run courier-mta myself, so it's a bit hit and
miss for me.
