Lately you have been taking care of the courier packages on Debian, and
I thank you for that.
May I bring your attention to a particular bug which is both causing me
great grief and is trivial to fix?

All that needs to happen here is that the startup script needs to
declare "courier-authdaemon" to the "Required-Start:" list.
This change should almost certainly happen for the other courier
packages as well (mta-ssl, imap, pop, fax et-cetera)
