Ah, that makes sense.

However, I think it'd make sense to have "DELAYED queue" and perhaps a link to
the devref chapter or similar documentation appear somewhere on the
deferred page.  And with luck, that page will then become the top hit
for "DELAYED queue" on debian.org.
