whatever, tbh I just copied the header from a random bug about a hurd
ftbfs, there somebody used important and I stick with it. Anyway, I'm
the kind of person that (unless when dealing with a great number of
bugs) just sees RC vs non-RC, so whatever you find appropriate is fine :)

I'd really love if you could also upload the fix to debian, as the hurd
binaries from this package currently depends on libpng12, and we're
trying to ditch it; it would be nice if we could avoid forcefully
removing the package by breaking binaries when not neccessary.
