Bug#820505: wiki fails to create

Just installed gitlab (which wasn’t easy), but I’m seeing the same issue.  any 
progress here? anything I can test to try and get this up and running, really 
need the wiki for project docu and such.  Maybe we need to update the version 
of gitlab?  I’m going through commits now, but we are behind upstream by lots 
of version so that means lots of commits to check though to try and find a 
fix/patch for it.  So thought I’d ask here first.
