Actually the third patch is really not desired when maintaining a lib that tends to break api/abi like qwt did in the last version, so I won't apply it. I've looked at the symbols changes and I'll apply the first two patches and add some optional tags to prevent further FTBFSs. The ones you marked in amd64 will surely happen on other archs.
