Hi Thomas, as one of the new people involved in keeping pristine-tar alive, I would accept such a feature. As there are other bugs requiring attention, I won't do it myself (at least not right now). I believe that "pristine-tar commit --directory=<your directory> tarball" would work. Obviosuly, this also requires "pristine-tar checkout --directory=<your directory>". Cheers, Tomasz
