Using the system jquery-ui (1.10.1) instead of the bundled one (1.11.2) 
isn't going to work, as Phi uses the new-in-1.11 selectmenu widget.  See

for how to build the bundled version from its (included) source.

Using knockout 3.4.0 might well work if you fix the reference at 
main.js:6 (upstream have since switched), but I haven't tested this.
