Package: libsane
Version: 1.0.17-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

I have a multifunctional printer-scanner-copier, HP PSC 750. hplip fails to
work because permissions on /dev/usb/lp0 are set wrong:

crw-rw-r-- 1 root scanner 180, 0 2006-01-19 13:58 /dev/usb/lp0

Obviously it should be the 'lp' group and not the 'scanner' group. There is
no reason for sane to touch my printer device.

The output corresponding to my HP PSC 750, from lsusb:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 03f0:1411 Hewlett-Packard

Thanks.
