A note of caution: Be careful with source-only uploads: If the package
FTBFS in the "Arch: all" autobuilder, you will find this kafkaesque bug:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=760206

Normally, changes in debian/rules are a good time to recheck that
both "dpkg-buildpackage -A" and "dpkg-buildpackage -B" still work.
