Please take four minutes to review.  This won't take long
today.

I have started a man page, attached, to document Firefox's
keyboard and mouse shortcuts.  Please briefly look at
it, "man ./browser-shortcuts.1.in".  If it looks okay, then let
me know; I would finish it.  Alternately, if you prefer a
different approach, please advise.

The man page is to aid offline Firefox users, including users
who are browsing "file:///" URLs.
