Excuse me? A chroot without gnupg is now called "obscure circumstances
in a local sbuild environment"? I find such expression sligthly
offensive and unrespectful, even more than raising once the severity
of the bug to match current practice (with a reminder of what current
practice is).

I said the way to reproduce it from the very beginning: A chroot
without gnupg. The patch clearly added gnupg to build-depends.
The error message said 'Cannot run program "gpg"'.

But now this is "obscure circumstances", as if I had not given enough
information to reproduce the bug.

The only thing I didn't do was to attach a full build log, because I
naively thought that the error message, the patch, the bug title and
the explanation was more than enough to reproduce the bug.

Why you apparently refused to use all this information when trying to
reproduce the bug is still a mystery to me.
