the package jade is about to be removed from unstable/testing. As soon as that happens, this bug will be RC, because kannel will FTBFS.
Please remove the Build-Depends on jade in the next upload. I've not uploaded an NMU with this simple fix, because the package kannel is currently part of the ongoing testing transition "auto-openssl".
