Thanks for the bug report and the patch.

Note that this is caused by a change in the irssi package; previously
plugins were in the location the plugin was using
(see https://packages.debian.org/jessie/amd64/irssi-plugin-otr/filelist)
so this will need to introduce a versioned dependency on irssi.
