I'm not seeing double quotes here. We changed quoting in 80a1c39
(0.8.10) so there might be a bug but I can't reproduce this with
pbuilder 0.227 and 0.228.1.

* Please use reportbug so you supply dependency information
* Please use sane severities

Can you please provide the full command, the full output and the
versions as reported by reportbug?
