Actually it is just too old spice. More recent (but still not stable) spice 0.13 has the necessary #define in its header files, while the version currently in debian (0.12) does not. So recompiling qemu with a more recent spice (when it will be available) will fix this issue. So we're just waiting for current development branch of spice to stabilize, and this bug will go away automatically. /mjt
