Justification: FTBFS in stretch on i386

Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in stretch (in a stretch chroot, not a
sid chroot), your package failed to build on i386.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> raise child_exception
> OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
> Running '/usr/bin/python2 test/run_all_unittests.py'
> Running '/usr/bin/python2 test/run_examples_test.py'
> Running '/usr/bin/python2 test/run_readelf_tests.py'
> Traceback (most recent call last):
> File "test/all_tests.py", line 28, in <module>
>     sys.exit(main())
> File "test/all_tests.py", line 25, in main
> run_test_script('test/run_readelf_tests.py')
> File "test/all_tests.py", line 17, in run_test_script
> subprocess.check_call(cmd)
> File "/usr/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 186, in check_call
> raise CalledProcessError(retcode, cmd)
> subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['/usr/bin/python2',
> 'test/run_readelf_tests.py']' returned non-zero exit status 1
> debian/rules:17: recipe for target 'override_dh_auto_test' failed

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
