Please don't abuse the bug severities.
If you set System settings->Window Management->Window Behavior: "Click To Focus" and "Focus stealing prevention" to "High"/"Extream" You can't open KDE Menu by menu-key or mouse click, and can't open task-runner by Alt+F2 shortcut also, if any window already had focused.
