As far as Python 3 is concerned, the problem is one of the dependencies of python-flask-sockets, namely python-gevent-websocket, which doesn't build a Python 3 binary package [1]. Please also see bug #756013 for a related discussion about how to proceed in this regard. I'd be happy to provide a Python 3 version once all dependencies are available as Python 3 versions. I myself only packaged python-flask-sockets as a dependency for a pure Python 2 application, GRR. About the pypy variant, I'm not entirely sure what you mean with that.
