I wonder why the german translation of guacamole omits all umlauts (ä,ö,ü and the like). It seems to be some encoding issue while building the package, because the problem does not occur in the upstream file. In you diff the upstream file https://raw.githubusercontent.com/glyptodon/guacamole-client/0.9.9/guacamole/src/main/webapp/translations/de.json with the file from the Debian package /usr/share/guacamole/guacamole/translations/de.json you see that they are identical, apart from all umlauts being replaced by "??".
