It appears that this only affects the 64-bit packages. The 32-bit packages of
the same versions are not affected:

    >>> import Tkinter
    >>> tk = Tkinter.Tk()
    >>> Tkinter._test()
    (pops up a Tcl/Tk window with buttons to click)
