Indeed. I forgot to add a dependency on dpkg-dev to libconfig-model-lcdproc- perl. I will actually modify libconfig-model-lcdproc-perl to use Dpkg::Arch Perl module instead of dpkg-architecture to limit the amount of runtime dependencies. I'll release a new package soon.
