Package: src:graphviz Please consider updating graphviz to 2.40.1, released in 2016. The work is done, please see the packaging at:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/graphviz/2.40.1-0ubuntu4 It includes some cleanup, an updated php7 package, and a backport of the python3 changes from the trunk to build a python3-gv package. Also renamed libgv-python to python-gv. And removed the graphviz-dev package. Or let me know if you are fine with upload the package to experimental first.
