I believe is save. The version on Stable is from
08 Mar 2017 and some bugs were fixed. But there are
some changes that maybe you should pay atention:

 - picasaweb: removed 'open in browser'
 - not longer supported by the google API

 - removed pgotobucket uploader
 - no longer supported by photobucket.com

 - facebook: remove 'open in browser' command
 - the facebook api doesn't provide the album link anymore

There is a bug reported that is interested depending how
fast you press keys[1]. The user will provide the images
so I can reproduce it:

I can do a backport so you can have the 3.6.0 version in
Stable. Think about it and let me know.
