Do you know that the kernel is the component that loads the ELF
interpreter? It is not a generic file load.

Let us see another example of path names: DT_NEEDED. Again, this is just
an interface. If a program declares a dependency on "/lib64/libc.so.6",
I may choose a suitable alternative. Does Debian support this case?

We have different interpretations about the interface. Mine results in
more interoperability and control for the user.
