Ah, indeed. Sorry about the duplicate, this is the same and that patch
looks (conceptually at least!) right by eye to address it.
Re your question in the other bug about how common GOTO is, it's used a
lot in just about any set of non-trivial rules testing for common things,
so if there are (or will be) any other tests for things like this, the
same logic probably should apply to them too.
