After running up a fresh installation of stretch in a VM, with no setup steps beyond selecting KDE during the installation and then installing grace, I still cannot reproduce this issue. Since the xmgrace process terminates, it seems the problem is likely with your window manager somewhere instead - which could in turn be a video driver issue, so disabling the compositor would be a logical thing to test. -- Nicholas Breen nbr...@debian.org
