The case could even be made to put this in u-boot-tools.

I think it might be worth including it in u-boot-tools and renaming it
u-boot-install-sunxi64, then the Replaces dance would be unnecessary.

It seems to be hard-coded for using pine64 at the moment, but wouldn't
be hard to adapt with support for additional boards.

I didn't find licensing associated with install-sunxi64, though.
