Hi,
It no longer makes sense to maintain intone. Last upstream change is
from 2012 and it's mainly intended to be used with FSO stack, which
is currently removed from Debian.
Also one of its build dependencies is going to be removed from Debian
(#901143). There does not seem to be any reverse dependency.
